Directions: For menstrual pain, combine 2 drops of Clary Sage Organic, 2 drops of Geranium Bourbon Organic, and 2 drops of Marjoram Sweet Organic in your favorite carrier oil and apply to the lower abdomen in a circular motion. Alternatively, add to your favorite carrier oil and use as a daily moisturizer or diffuse into the air for its mood-enhancing properties. For topical application, dilute to 2-5%.
