Directions: Blend 1 drop each of Copaiba Oleoresin Organic, Black Pepper, and Coriander to 1-2 teaspoons of your favorite Plant Therapy carrier oil or lotion to make a soothing chest rub. Add 2 drops Copaiba Oleoresin Organic and 2 drops Frankincense Serratato 1 teaspoon of your favorite Plant Therapy carrier oil and massage onto your aching joints and/or muscles. Add 3 drops Copaiba Oleoresin Organic to 1 teaspoon of carrier oil and massage in a clockwise direction on your abdomen to help with digestive upset.
