Directions: During times of menstrual discomfort, blend 3 drops of Geranium Bourbon Organic and 3 drops of Clary Sage, with 2 teaspoons of your favorite Plant Therapy carrier oil and massage on the abdomen in a clockwise direction. For topical application, dilute to 1% for the face and 2-3% for other areas of the body.
